Trump rescinded them and said doing so meant that the projects could be built quickly without having rules slow them down. How any of this will impact anything I do not know. But we shall find out. Sometimes you throw the baby out with the bathwater. This may be one of those times. That's not so good if you are pro-baby. :(

After the pardon I wonder how many more Joe Arpaios will feel free to go out and about and "just do their jobs"? All of them I expect.
