Trump was disinvited from a Wisconsin Rally by Ryan. Trump said Pence would go. Pence said no and didn't. Isn't Trump ANGRY by now?

Trump has zero influence over Paul Ryan and even zeroer influence over his running mate Mike Pence. How long before he explodes because no one is listening to him?
