For the 13th consecutive year the Israeli government enforced a generalized TRAVEL BAN on Palestinians in the occupied Gaza Strip and sharply restricted the entry and exit of goods. These restrictions rob the 2 million Palestinians living there of the RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT, LIMITED THEIR ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY AND WATER devastating their economy. 80% of GAZA residents depend on humanitarian aid.Israel also facilitates the further transfer of Israeli citizens into settlements in the occupied West Bank, a WAR CRIME.
