He promised to, and has, tear up the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a trade deal which took President Obama seven years to negotiate. If the USA is no longer situated to be the major trading partner in the region, the Chinese will be only too happy to step right in there, and take business away from the USA.Our British government is always trying to negotiate trade deals with Asian countries, including China.
