    Article 11 should be suspended temporarily. Free assembly. Any more than two dozen people in a confined space pretty much guarantees that all of them will either get sick or become carriers.

    At this point, I'm "why not, the government ignores the Constitution whenever it wants."
    Do you have an issue with the majority of federal agencies violating the 10th Amendment?
    Most people don't.  So they shouldn't mind when it ignores the rest of the Constitution.
