    Those virates are kind of tiny to make much noise but I don't think they were an attempt to produce a bio weapon.

    Not sure it's silent.. people tend to cough a lot.. that's noisy! I don't believe it's a weapon either

    As opposed to... a noisy bioweapon?

    Rather a poor weapon in regard to the ability to target a specific opponent. If your enemy is humanity in general, there are still more effective means than COVID-19.
