    The guy from our IT Department.  I needed him to show me how to perform a task from home.  I couldn't fiure out how to do it on my laptop.  Spent almost an hour on the phone.

    Ari, a couple of days ago.
    I asked him to check whether a hard to reach spot on my spine had a tick.
    It did.

    SORE point, I relied on my tutor to advise me re my 2nd resubmission, she didn't get back to me.. and said something really weird before that that really worried me and caused me some sleepless nights.. and then she never delivered on her promise to work with me on it.. I feel really let down.
