I'm not sure the Korn one counts as a song, so much as it does demonic chanting. lol Good ones, though!

There are two radically different songs called "How Deep Is Your Love".

I'd never heard the second one. She sounds like Ellie Goulding.

I love TLC. I can't stand Radiohead, they are one of the most boring bands I've ever heard.

“Photograph” by both Def Leppard in 1983 and Ed Sheeran in 2014.

I didn't peg you for a Def Leppard fan. Their spelling is terrible. :p

Spelling of the band’s name?  (I vaguely remember back in the 80s or 90s having heard an interview they gave wherein they explained how they came up with the name. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the details.)

I’m neither a fan nor a non-fan of the group as a whole nor of their music as a whole. There are numerous  music artists or bands/groups that have a single song or a few songs that I like, regardless of genre. I may not identify with the act itself on the whole, just a particular song, sometimes more than one song.  Def Leppard is one of them.

Without even listening to Def Leppard's song. Offhand, I'm unsure I know their song but I don't like Sheeran's song. I can't stand (comes close to "I hate") everything I've heard from him - - except for the very first song I heard  -- "A Team."
I'll always be a Sheeran fan, I guess - - because he created and sang a masterpiece for me "A Team" He simply and  very quickly went downhill ever  since. Ha! :)

EDIT: I went ahead and posted the song.

“Heart and Soul” by both Huey Lewis and the News (1983) and T’Pau (1987).

Ooh. I had no idea who T'Pau was until I heard the song. That one was huge. Tossing in the video below in case anyone else here doesn't place her.

I can see how they resemble each other, and taking a picture like that was right up Tracy’s alley.

    "I Kissed a Girl"

Jill Sobule's song was first and her song is all I can think of when Katy Perry's song ever gets played.

To me, Perry's song is OK but Sobule's song is so much more fun and enjoyable to me. And what a cute, fun music video. And for me, Sobule's is a better song, yup. And if anyone listens and you disagree with me on that, you're simply wrong.

    EDIT: Better video, too.

    I much more like Sobule's song.  :)

And I realize that I asked a very very similar question myself and didn't even remember answering Just  Asking's question with the exact two songs I answered with here.  :)

I report myself for using your question, Just Asking, for myself. And I didn't even know until seeing it today that I had answered your question years ago.
    Woops.  :)
