    Are you sure?  None of his neighbors said he was quiet (they say he was always "disturbing the peace").  However, they did say he was quite.  {‘Quite what’ were not sure, as that’s all his neighbors said before they “mysteriously disappeared”.}

    Nah.. Vlad would sit outside his residence enjoying the sight of all those impaled bodies as well as the stench that came with it.  His new butler came out bringing his supper and remarked "why not come inside to enjoy your meal, sir away from this horrible stench?"
    Vlad immediately had the offending butler impaled.
