I have a sign saying, "No flammable liquids to be stored in this fridge" - the reason I have had my attention drawn to this is that I have just repainted the kitchen cupboard doors, and for this I took down the sign. This caused me to have to decide... put the sign back or not? I decided to put it back.. in my world, that's the kind of sign I want on my fridge :P
What do other people do?
The front of my fridge has an “LG” emblem and a small emblem sign below that that reads, “Linear compressor - 10 year warranty”. On the left side of the fridge (near the stove), I have a measurement conversion chart, a magnet I use to take lids off cans, and a large powerful magnet with a cup-hook on its front (stores use them to hang merchandise on the sides of soda fridges near the checkout). That magnet holds wooden tongs (for getting things out of the toaster) and a large, plastic “S-hook” (that hook holds the fridge’s power cord during a power outage - never leave a fridge plugged in during a power outage). On the other side is a calendar, a few medical appointment cards, various magnets (the kind that hold up banners to the ceilings of grocery stores), and a picture magnet that reads” Ancient Proverb: No one sleeps when the cat bowl is empty”.
Does that sound “normal”?
Lol, it showed a little bit.
l love it when we can get first-hand perspectives from people who have direct knowledge on any topic, it’s much better than uninformed speculation, rumor, innuendo and opinion that has no facts to back it up.
Sidebar: do you remember when candidate for reelection to the presidency George Bush Senior went to a grocery store on a campaign stop for a photo opportunity, saw a cashier using a scanner and asked, “What’s that thing?” It alienated him from regular folks for being out of touch with the people, and was one of the nails in his coffin that cost him the election.

No portraits of Randolph D? That’s disappointing.
