The expression is 'plumb out of'. Plum is the fruit. When plumb is used as an adverb it means something like exactly or completely. E.g 'he sat plumb in the middle of the floor'. You're welcome.
Literally typed what I was thinking, maybe it'd make better sense if you heard me say it aloud - - I meant it in a very goofy, casual way that I, indeed, did "lol." In a "Yes, sirree, lol, I did"- type of way. I sometimes talked in goofy ways like that with friends growing up.
That explanation still probably makes no sense. Welcome to my world, yikes. :)
