    Some years ago a few people managed to get permission to block off a section of a street here in the city just mostly for binners to have a place where they could legally sell their treasures. Binner people just laid their stuff out on the ground at first but eventually tables were supplied then years later now the market turned into a real bazaar sort of thing when a large vacant lot was secured and the place is open 7 days a week and vendors pay $5.00 for their space.  Lots of good junk for sale and the management tries to make sure no stolen stuff is brought in. Our bazaar draws quite a good crowd of customers every day.
