  • I've never been that lucky. I imagine it's predominantly the waste management workers that are cashing in on all this trash money.

    Not in the trash but a wallet in a shopping cart.  It had $265.00 in it in cash.  I located the owner who was a single mother on welfare and that was all she had. She was grateful I returned it.
