Lady Ondine asked about this on AnswerBag last year.  It would take more than one person's blood to do it.

  • Take several.   There's about a gallon to a gallon and half of blood in a person.

Only one human? I don't think so. Two or three humans may be enough.

So empty more than one person into the bath. That only makes it even more of a horrormovie.

a human body contain an average of 5-6 liters of blood (a bit over a gallon)

Hell no, that's not possible. But what is possible is for a whole body's worth of blood to be drained, and diluted with water to make it look like they're bathing in blood.
