What are you bringing to the AnswerMug Potluck? This year's theme is the world's most unhealthy foods, Bring something that's bad for you!

One of the responses in this thread made me think of this question:  https://answermug.com/forums/topic/113514/important-ketchup-poll-do-you-put-ketchup-on-french-fried-potat , so I'm bringing deep-fried steak smothered in poutine that's made with sausage gravy instead of regular gravy!  There's actually a restaurant in my state that serves that!

    But definately unhealthy.
I have tasted one just to say I had done it. They are actually good.
I have eaten a deep fried oreo as well. That is not as good but I am not a big oreo cookie fan. This post was edited by my2cents at August 16, 2020 5:29 PM MDT

Yeah, I think this answer would win most unhealthy :) I never tried a Twinkie but I remember it being a huge deal when they were going to stop making them. Not sure if it’s not something that was sold here when I was a kid or if my parents just never bought them for us.

You have never eaten a Twinkie?  Basically is a spongecake with creme filling.

Now I'm curious.  I'm tempted to actually try those.

It's an essential part of my diet, but I won't pretend it's good for me. How many cases should I bring?

That looks really good, I've never tried it, but since I'm pregnant, I'm going to have to wait until after my kid's born and I'm done nursing.

All of the best hot dogs and deep fried fair foods.Since most of us don't have a county fair this year, due to the virus. My favorite is elephants ears!

The state fair is still on.  I think it's this weekend, but it's only half the rides and attractions, and when you get there they write down your name, address and phone number, so this is the first year I'm not all that interested in going.

I see, well most seem not to be. Our state fair and county fair was cancelled. Not sure how they can even do half the rides for yours since you ride so close unless they only let half the people on at once. I don't like giving out person info to people like that either. Just not worth it.

I think they set up the rides so that people have to stay six feet apart, which means not a whole lot of people are going to actually get to go on the rides, so I don't think it's really worth it, either.
