He's only going to lie, so why waste my time?

I always fast forward through dipstick spokesmouths because all they do is obfuscate and lie and yell and scream and shout and lie and lie and lie and lie. I listen to the truthtellers not the snake oil salesfolks primed to follow the script. I love recording and then fast foewarding through commercials or lying SOB's as the case may be! Thank you for your reply L! :)

How do you get rid of the leaves in a forest?  It is called controlled burning. You start a small manageable fire that removes all the underbrush (excess leaves and dead wood) It is a common practice.

There were OVER TEN THOUSAND DRY LIGHTNING STRIKES IN A PERIOD OF 72 HOURS that hit the TREES not the leaves and caused the fires. Did you not know that? Sheesh.

CA has less lightning strikes than most states.
And they still should perform forest maintenance to reduce fires.

You are wasting your breath.  If this was happening in a red state, you can be sure she would have come up with some justification.

If it were happening in my state I would be complaining to the Dept of Conservation for not properly handling forest maintence.

Every president does this. Remember Ford pardoning Nixon?

Ford (who was never elected as President or Veep) pardoned Nixon. There was controversy at the time, as to whether an unelected Prez should have the power to do that - but it held and Tricky Dick stayed out of jail.

He was such small potatoes compared to the pumpkina**. Not in the same league of corrupt criminal traitorous treasonous sabotage. Do you think in YOUR lifetime you will see the pumpkina** go to prison for his multitudinous crimes and misdemeanors? I'm too old so I doubt they'll get it done in my lifetime but who knows? I plan to live to my triple digits....18 years and counting. Mebbe. Thank you for your reply R! :) This post was edited by RosieG at August 24, 2020 10:59 AM MDT

Nixon wasn't "small potatoes." He was probably the biggest crook ever elected. Is your memory that poor?
