The old site had all your information scattered across the page. The new site puts it all under the "more" tab next to your profile activity feed. From there, you can see your friends, groups, questions, posts (answers/replies), blogs, gifts, and more.

Somehow during the migration, our inboxes lost the full text editor for replies in emails. So, when you create a message, you can insert an image there easily. When you reply, you can't right now. I'm sorry. I know that sucks and it's on the fix list. In the meantime, you can type your message in any other text box on the site and then copy/paste it into the PM reply box.

Sorry, I can't see any more tab anywhere.

Click on your name, then it will pull up your profile page. On the right is the activity feed, and next to that is the "more" tab.

I found the "more" tab, thank you. Now I have a follow up question. What does "add to list" do, if I click on that?

Sounds like it will work if you start a new message thread, then? Just can't send pics as a reply? That shouldn't be a problem. Or, as an alternative, I see that you can send pics in chat. I actually hadn't tried sending a pic in PM, but a friend was asking me about it. I'll let him know.

Thank you so much, I appreciate everything you do for all of us here. Since you mentioned that you've got a "fix list" regarding the PM, it would be great if the reply box was at the top of the thread of messages rather than having to scroll all the way to the bottom. I tend to just keep a continual stream of messages with my friends, and we've joked that in 6 months time, it'll take 5 minutes to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to reply. Not a big deal, but if you're planning to work on it anyway.

    Thanks again! You're awesome!

The list is a relic of something that no longer exists. O_o I removed it. Sorry.

Making it easier to get to the reply box is on the dev list already. I'm afraid it might require a complete coding overhaul of the page to move the box up, so I've suggested to the dev that he add a "quick reply" button like we have in the Q&A, so it zooms you down to the bottom quickly. It could go either way, though, but some sort of a fix is slated for that area.

As far as the photo thing goes- the text box will accept photos, but it has no simple button to allow you to add one. All these buttons in the toolbars, they just add code you can't see. It's kind of like being able to code HTML, but without any HTML knowledge. They're shortcuts to making content look the way you want it to. The message reply boxes don't lack the ability to accept code, but they do lack the shortcuts to create it. So, you don't really need to create a new message to send a photo- you can use any other text box to style your message and then paste it into your reply box. However, creating a new message may be easier for the masses until we get the better text box in message replies. Plus, then you can start anew without all that scrolling. ;)

Feel free to add your suggestions using the Feedback tab as well. That's a direct link to me, much like an inbox is, but I can assign statuses to things and comment on progress. So, in this case, if your email suggestion had come through in Feedback, I probably would have just marked it as "Planned" and you'd know. Feedback can be used to report issues, glitches, make suggestions, or whatever. Anytime you want to bend my ear on something and make sure I see it, that's a good place to do it. It also makes it easier to track what you've suggested, so you can look through your Feedback history and know which of your ideas has been implemented or corrected. I obviously can't implement everything, but just about every dev project we do started out as a member request.

Since you took me back to that post about Merlin by liking something, I decided to actually try to find that post of Don Barzini's, which has so far brought me back to this comment that I obviously missed.

I thought you were the cute boy!! You aren't?? What!?!
