    Maybe.

Because "I wanted to be wrong."

    (My favorite R.E.M. song.)

Their “automatic for the people“ CD was the very first CD I ever owned. Kind of a big deal lol.

"Nightswimming" is my favorite song on that one. :)

Until I heard "I Wanted To Be Wrong," "Nightswimming" was my favorite R.E.M. song. :)

Well, sure, if you’re going to hang onto every word I’ve ever spoken!  Gee, what a stalker.

  • Hmm, I guess you inspire my best.  Or maybe it just hasn't been given enough time, lol.

What do you mean not enough time? We’ve known each other since before reality stars could become presidents. so that feels like 5 million years lol.

  • You're right...this friendship is ancient.  Back then if you had mentioned Covid I would have thought it was some kind of hip name for going to Blockbuster on a date.

No. I'm more of the type who says the right thing at the wrong time.

No, I've learned that in most situations, just nodding wisely is the safest thing to do.

Miss Jane S, Randy D has informed us that the two of you have not only reached a truce, but that you’ve also formed a relationship with each other, can you confirm this to be true?

So all of the restraining orders are now a thing of the past?

You must have some saucy plans to make it up to him for all those legal troubles. Is this where your womanly charms come into play?

Is it also a fact that you are taking over the position in his Harem as Number One Sandwich-Maker, pushing those other women out of the way?

Does this mean that it’s fine with you if all those other women still remain, spend time with him, even the ones who adore him the most?

That’s quite magnanimous of you!  When it comes to those special nights alone with him that each woman has him all to herself, are you pleased with the slot in the rotation you received, once every other Wednesday for six hours?

You must feel much better now that this reconciliation has taken place. Is this a permanent change for you two?

Well, thank you very much for answering all of our questions. You’re probably anxious to get back to him right away and you don’t want us keeping you from him for one more second, is that a fair summation of where things are?

    Bye now, Miss Jane S!
