You're not trying to tell me that people here have been trying to discuss Parmenides and Kieślowski while I've been missing out because I feared it would just be four dudes using "pubic metres" as a unit of measurement?

Haha you're right, no minimum numbers for a group. My initial experience with Kieslowski was the first part of his Decalogue; it certainly stuck and struck.
I've only read about his Decalogue. Based on my enjoyment of "Bleu," "Blanc," and "Rouge," I could almost guarantee I'd like the Decalogue films, too. I only now just read of his 1996 death that happened during an open heart surgery in 1996. That's only a couple of years after that Color trilogy. I would do well to watch more of his work.
