Yes, I think that's what I am finding too! I don't want things that are bad for me.. but how do we treat ourselves without adding calories and how come most of the things we do to treat ourselves involve extra calories.
Sugar makes us feel good - at least for a little while. I find that when I'm bored, I'm in the fridge all the time, so I try not to get bored. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. :)
Ahh you have to have treats! Otherwise life is all samey and dull! I just wish there were treats I wanted and could access that didn't involve calories
