      I’m not sure what’s going on: every time I start to do something bad, I get this funny little twitch and I can only think good thoughts. It’s really weird, as if I’m under some kind of strange spell . . .

      I just may go down to the homeless shelter to donate clothing and money or I’ll see if Meals-On-Wheels needs help for an afternoon at their distribution center. What’s come over me all of a sudden?  (Twitch, twitch.)

    I hope it's to help another person to focus on someone else besides herself.  Or, it could just be wishful thinking.  Every time I look at my half-packed suitcase I am reminded of my propensity to think good things as well, things that are usually not gonna happen.
