What would be the best food to feed an ostrich, or maybe not an ostrich but something that looks like an ostrich?

I think my ostrich that’s not an ostrich will like these. I will bake them and feed them to my ostrich ...and I will bake extra and sell them to all the other ostrich owners ..and I will be the richest person in all of the ostrich land.

I have fed them pellets that were made for them and other animals at a drive thru zoo. They are very determined things sticking their heads in the car... This post was edited by my2cents at October 9, 2020 7:01 AM MDT

I don’t really want to feed my ostrich thing pellets. I want to feed it something I can grow in a garden. It can be an imaginary garden, cos my ostrich is imaginary too.

Lol, I thought an emu was same like a llama until a few years ago. I didn’t know is a bird until  recently. I don’t know why I had that in my mind. Maybe a wrong sign at a zoo or something.

What the heck are they teaching the kids up there in Canada?  That’s it; you’re packing up our eight children, leaving Canada, and you’re all moving in here with me in California.

(Just give me time to come up with a cover story to tell my wife.  Speaking of which, are you any good at administering first aid?)

"Bush chickens" can be a nuisance - they like to play with moving vehicles.
They reached plague proportions in the early 1930s, the Army tried to thin the numbers out. The birds won.

Ya I probably am correct and I think I am correct to think that once you have your imaginary ostrich you will need an imaginary herding dog to keep the ostrich in your yard. Cheers!

Ah you're probably thinking of that Ornithomimid whose remains were found in Mexico a few years ago. Well, in answer to your grisly question, I'd say small reptiles and mammals and perhaps insects. If by unlucky mischance the crazies are right, and we have our timescales all wrong, perhaps the occasional unfortunate toddler too. Ugh. Whatever made you ask a question like that!
