Nope.  If they ever held one, I wasn't invited.

    High school, yes.
    I've enjoyed them.
I'm one of those rare people, I think - - I really enjoyed all my years of education with my various peers and various teachers. :)

I have attended all seven of my college ones, every five years, and most of my high school ones.

The only one of my schools still in operation is far away and doesn't have reunions. I was only there for a short time anyway. In fact nowadays I have noticed how little interest there seems to be in the history of schools, churches, hospitals etc. Not even maintaining a list of past teachers or rectors, for instance. The three other learning establishments in my past no longer exist anyway. Doesn't matter now, I guess that's the thinking. I now know that so much of what I was 'taught' at school was either skewed or outright false too.

Nope, not at all. The last time I had to set eyes on that crowd was good enough for me, and I haven’t even been curious about them since. I have not cared one iota about them or their lives, and I’m quite sure that every single one of them cares about me and my life approximately ten to one hundred times less than that.

Oh dear. You've got lots of friends here though, haven't you - well, ten of them.

I attended all of three high school ones. Our 50th was June, 2019. My college didn't have any, but I would not have attended.

I made a 30-minute or so appearance at the 15 year reunion.  I haven't been to another.

Did you originally plan for it to be 30 minutes, or is that what ended up happening?

I had another engagement that was more important to me.  I knew I would only stay a few minutes....just to say hi to people.   The other thing was an unknown when the reservation for the reunion was made.  The other thing was in honor of everyone who worked on a project for the city....including my husband and me. • My ten-year high school reunion would've been this year. Because of COVID it didn't happen. I plan on attending next year if it is back on. Although I was for the most part a quiet nerd in high school, I had a good group of close friends a few of which I still spend time with. My best friend and I were planning on attending together.

Could be considered part of 'networking'. Probably an inherent need for many people; often beneficial, and sometimes in quite unforeseen ways.

In the small rural community where I went to school we had a class reunion in 1991 but it was also the 100th anniversary date for when the village of High Bluff Manitoba was established. I spent the whole day there.
