I watched Biden's speech an hour ago about his victory. He tore trump a new one.

I am concerned, though. He coughed/cleared his throat about twenty times and looked a bit shaky leaving the stage. Concerns?

    I watched the speach too and I did get a little concerned but  I think it was because he is a little weak from all the hard work he has been doing latley.
