No. But then again, my parking mirror isn't handicapped. Even if it was, why would it want a "handicapped" tag/sticker? Isn't that defeating the purpose?
No. Where I live it seems more than half of the cars on the road have one hanging on their rearview mirror. There are so many the stores use up so so much of the parking lot for those folks. It doesn't bother me because I part at the back...always. But you have people who are borderline not capable of driving to start with cruising up and down the aisles looking for a blue lined space. It's funny and sad at the same time.
There are times when I really need to park close, as walking can sometimes be very painful. One large grocery store here has 8 spaces; they are almost always being used when I shop there.
