Will putting vaseline on a pimple help?

Some people have found that it clears acne. 

 

  Help in which ways? It might help make the little sucker a bit more slippery.

More likely make it worse. The sebum needs to get OUT. Sealing it (petroleum jelly doesn't "breathe") clogs the pores.
Don't squeeze it, either - that can force as much bacteria under the skin as over it, so it will only pop up again adjacent to the original blemish. Exfoliate instead - often. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at May 6, 2021 5:01 PM MDT
