My wife has really bad panic attacks ?

My wife lost her ex husband 2 years ago they have a son who's almost 10. She's been suffering from depression since he died she was always so happy with him. I can't make her happy no matter what. We got together not long after he died he was my best friend me and her were already secretly in love with each other even before we were together. She had the biggest crush on me. We been married for 2 months our marriage is great but she has really bad anxiety and panic attacks for no reason. How can I comfort her through this ? How can I make her feel happy ?

I used to get really bad panic attacks and I got through them by building small controlled fires outside. What was extra helpful was I would start the fires without matches or lighter  (I can start a fire many differnt ways because I used to be in the Kiss Army ). Why I think it worked for me was because I looked at it as a matter of survival and maybe my brain knew it is hard to survive if I am in a panic so starting a survival fire worked. Hope you find a way to help your wife deal with her panic attacks. Cheers!

You posted the same question on May 9th, this time you left out the part that she put her son up for adoption and now she's pregnant again with your baby. Same answer as before... Good luck with that.
