Discussion»Questions»Animals (Pets/ Domesticated)» My friend's cat like to poke his face into corners and crevices and eat cobwebs & dead bugs. Have you ever had a cat with such weird tastes?
But it's a needless word. "Ever" goes without saying in that context whereas the S is crucial. "Have you had" has the same meaning as "Have you ever had." It's like the oft-misused "currently." The only difference between "I am married" and "I am currently married" is a needless word.
My little cat loves tortilla chips. If I have some, he will stroll up nonchalantly position himself between me and the chip bag so I can't eat them. That makes them his. He may just be a little 5 lb. kitty, but he puts up an strong effort to keep me from touching "his chips".
Funny. I once had a toy poodle who would do that. I would come home from work and find pieces of foam in his whiskers and all over the couch, but couldn't figure out where they were coming from. I finally realized he figured out how to open the zipper on the back of the cushion and then push it back.
I currently own a cat that meows when he wants to go to sleep. We wants me to follow him into the bedroom or on the couch and lay down with him. He can go to sleep the way. I relent a lot because he is do darn sweet. He also will sleep under one layer of a blanket at times.
We, like all farm people always had a dog back home. I like dogs myself but I would only have dogs if I had enough space outside for them to run around free while I was away.and not have to be cooped up inside. Cats are easier to manage.
