Depends on how many times the water goes ice cold or scalding hot and I have to jump out from under the water.

3 minutes. When I was on ships in the Navy we had to make our fresh water at sea and fresh water use was restricted so we were told 'make it a 3 minute shower'. Wet, soap, rinse.

Ah, yes. Good old Navy showers. I remember once our evaps went down and we could only shower every other day.

I could probably jump in and bathe in five minutes.  However, I have a whole routine which makes shower time more like 15 minutes.

      “Able to”?
If I wanted to, I have the ability to and could probably do it all within 10 minutes. Just like the other veterans of the maritime services who have answered so far, US Marines with sea duty (time aboard ship) under their belts are trained both the importance and the how-to of conserving fresh water while at sea: hence, the Navy shower.

In practice, however, these days I purposefully take about 20 to 25 minutes to pamper, prep, and clean this temple.

Quickly - probably like you.  Including washing my hair, which is on the short side. Spend more time drying my hair than in the shower.
