It's like a light switch. The distaff side of the household can lower it just as easily as I can raise it.

I don't know about women in other countries. Personally, when I worked in a shop with all men, I always raised the seat before exiting the restroom. At home, there is a perfectly practical reason I keep both the seat down and lid closed when not in use...the dogs do not need to know there is water in there.
I don't care about that at all. I only care if it is clean and has good toilet paper. I'm good. I can move my hand and put a seat down and not make any deal at all about something that takes 1 second to do.
Men are equally bad at it world over. Yeah, it will be a global issue. Maybe we should ask United Nations taking in on to their ongoin agendas next to climate changes etc.
Wait a minute, you avoided the issue, Woman! Instead of focusing on the reactions of women, you chose to bash men. It's a good thing that I only had your name penciled in on my will, because I'm erasing it immediately! ~
ALWAYS look at the cause of a nature catastrophe. You should now Randy! It's not the woods on fire, but avoiding that someone throwing the burning match.
Hey... Wait a minute... What will..?

Ever since the spider incident I must look under it anyway just to be safe..in fact I just hover most of the time unless I'm sick and don't have the energy.
Nah, it is a common complaint here in DK too :) In respons some comedians have complained that too many women dont put the seat up after doing their business ;-))
