It's been my observation that men very rarely fold their arms across their chest. However, I've seen many, many women folding their arms across their chest. I've even seen women folding their arms across their chest when carrying an umbrella or a shopping bag.

It's part of the secret female "code". Men have been trying to decipher it for years, only to be thwarted by mysterious "headaches" in the bedroom (and not their own "headaches".. if you know what I mean).
I don't know what you're talking about. We all fold our arms in front of us like Mr. D's gif right above but that is not across the chest. Folding your arms in front of you is a sign that you are not receptive to whatever is going on such as another person's opinion. It simply means you are closing yourself off.
