    Yes. Bull sharks have been known to swim far upstream in the Hudson River. A pesky fish we have here in the Great Lakes is the Gobi. The came in with sea-going freighters that dumped their ballast water here. They are quite invasive as they eat the fry of the indigenous species.     Carp were brought here by Eastern Europeans 150 years ago and now they have become part of ecology. Odd how that works. Romania has a carp festival each year. It is considered a delicacy there. Mom brought a smoked carp home once. It was delish.
