What is your favorite place to eat out and why?

I guess I don’t have any one particular place, because so many different factors come into play, such as one place might have particular menu items that another place doesn’t have, one has a particular environment or atmosphere, one has better pricing, one has better service, one is more conveniently located for me, etc. Finding a place that combines as many of those traits as possible is great or would be great, in reality, however, I like varied types of foods at different times, so I don’t mind hopping around.

(Contrary to common assumptions, I don’t always always always eat nothing but sandwiches.)

    ???????

I intentionally repeated the word “always” three times both as emphasis and in jest. The entire sentence is tongue-in-cheek.

    That is very unlike you.

I admit it, it felt good to correct you.   :  )

Which part is unlike me, the joking around? I joke around on here all the time  I guess you don’t know me very well, but that’s ok, I have a way we can resolve that. I’ll meet you at noon tomorrow at a little motel I frequent, just give my name at the front desk when you arrive and they’ll give you a room. You go and freshen up, as soon as you’ve showered, I’ll be there in no time . . .

P.S.  Technically, it’s not a correction because it was intentionally written that way.)

Well, technically it still felt good for a "gotcha" moment with the Randy man, even if it didn't last.
    (I should have known better)

The Parksville Dairy Queen. I like the food because it taste good and it is a good price. I also like the location it is in the middle of down town so I can sit by the window and enjoy  my food while I watch all the shinny happy people walk by. Cheers!

Other than an occasional fast food joint, my wife and I haven't been to a sit down restaurant in two years, and we have no plans to do so in the near future. We both consider it a waste of money. This post was edited by Element 99 at February 11, 2023 5:14 PM MST

The Dragon Kitchen.  They have fresh Chinese food on the buffet, plus a very nice wait staff.

did you know the mcchicken was actually "invented" in ancient Egypt, when the aliens brought it from space? Look up ancient aliens theory and read all about it

All my favorite places are those with outdoor dining and a view. I especially love waterside dining!
