What things hold you back from doing the things that you really want to?

Also..
How do you think you could overcome the obstacle/s?
Or, what alternatives might make a good substitute?

  • Yeah it would, but I'm cool with it.  The struggle is part of the reward and the desire to do more keeps a fire under my a**.

  • There are many kinds of love, like the mother who gives a kidney to save her child's life and loses twenty years of her own life as a result. In an instance like this, the choice is either/or and there are no other options available.
Somewhere within the golden rule, is the implicit command that in order to love others one must first be able to love oneself.
My definition of love: that which consciously nurtures the well-being of life.
I believe that in most situations, unconditional love does not need to sacrifice self for the sake of the other. For, If one examines the needs of both people, there is almost always a third option or creative solution possible which allows each to have their needs equally fulfilled.
One of the things I love about you is that you are such a loving being. It seems you radiate it to everyone around you.
