I can lift and carry to a customer's car a piece of concrete that weights up to 70#.

Perhaps two bags of 80lb. concrete mix (bags). However, I wouldn't advise it though. This post was edited by Zack at August 4, 2022 8:35 PM MDT

Well, it depends on the situa . . . hold on. Why are you asking, who put you up to it, and are you wearing some kind of hidden recording device? ENTRAPMENT, ENTRAPMENT, ENTRAPMENT, ENTRAPMENT! Grrrrrrr.

Too much weight-- at times, I willingly seemingly carry the weight of the world - - the things I try to "fix" or attempts to help others that are totally out of my control. Just makes me that much more anxious.

Simply knowing I can sometimes slip backwards into doing the above distortedness helps me progress to a better frame of mind and thinking. (Trying to help others s a good thing but I can get "off track.")

My neurosurgeon doesn't want me lifting any more than 5kg - but I regularly lift a sturdy 5yo boy and his 4yo and 2yo sisters who weigh much more than that.

Yeah, my shoulder surgeon would have a cow if he knew what I have been doing.
