Well, it depends on the situa . . . hold on. Why are you asking, who put you up to it, and are you wearing some kind of hidden recording device? ENTRAPMENT, ENTRAPMENT, ENTRAPMENT, ENTRAPMENT! Grrrrrrr.
Too much weight-- at times, I willingly seemingly carry the weight of the world - - the things I try to "fix" or attempts to help others that are totally out of my control. Just makes me that much more anxious.
Simply knowing I can sometimes slip backwards into doing the above distortedness helps me progress to a better frame of mind and thinking. (Trying to help others s a good thing but I can get "off track.")
My neurosurgeon doesn't want me lifting any more than 5kg - but I regularly lift a sturdy 5yo boy and his 4yo and 2yo sisters who weigh much more than that.
