Have you ever asked to speak to the manager?

I've done it on occasion in the past and I did it yesterday when I returned some blackberries and raspberries.  They looked good from the outside of the packaging but when I got them home, the berries in the center (which I couldn't see) were all mush.  They refunded my money.

A couple of times - - to let them know what great service I got from the staff/employees.

You bet!

I sure have!  When you have a problem that isn't being resolved ... that's their job to step in and handle it.

Yes a few times.

Yes, if I think it will do some good.  If not I'll contact corporate which was necessary a couple of months ago. 

 

  Yes, on a few scattered occasions, but in my case, it was most likely so that I could put the moves on her.
