I'm not concerned with ghosts, but late one night I was delivering some newspapers to a former funeral home that was now a newspaper distributing office. As I drove up, I saw some movement inside through the glass door. I had the key and went inside. It was very quiet. I looked under some cabinets just to make sure everything was OK. I found nobody hiding inside. Several weeks later, I talked to office personnel about that event. She told me it was just a ghost they see all the time in the office. It is a woman in a white dress.
Your life IS paranormal. Think about it. Who are you and where did you come from? You are hanging onto a spinning ball flying through space and not falling off. Total normalcy.

- walking into a drugstore, thinking of the only item I was going to buy -- a specific brand of facial moisturizer - as I turned into the aisle in which I knew it was located, there it lay in/on the middle of the aisle floor - I said to the store employee who was stocking shelves just a few feet up the aisle, "Wow! This was the only thing I came into the store for!" - the employee, sitting on the floor, looked up at me and froze -- "You're not going to believe this but that item literally flew off the shelf by itself just seconds before you turned into the aisle."
It didn't overly affect me but I think this is an incredibly cool story.
