When the Summer Olympic Games are played in Australia or Buenos Aires or any country south of the equator,

Buenos Aires hosted the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics from 6.10.2018 to 18.10.2018.  That was in the spring.  Buenos Aires is far enough north and close enough to the ocean to have warm or hot weather in the spring.  Any Argentine city in the northern pampas could host the Summer Olympics in the winter.  It would be impossible for any Argentine city to host the Winter Olympics in the summer.

You peeps are upside-down. You're having a summer Olympics when I'm half frozen. A beach barbecue at Christmas is proper seasonal weather.
