Anyone ever get headaches constantly for almost a yr?

I've had mri's and nothing shows up, so i didnt know what caused them, one of my neighbors recently suggested i mightve been using more than one pillow, especially when i complained about neck pain, guess i was twisting my neck and i was starting to get neck pain too, i took one pillow out and just used my ledge pillow and now my neck and head feel so much better, its starting to heal up, has anyone gone thru this? just wondered

If it’s working, keep doing it.  I don’t get headaches a whole lot, but when I do, I just take some extra-strength migraine medicine and wash it down with a can of Mountain Dew.  It kills the headache in about 10 to 15 minutes.  I keep a few cans of Mountain Dew in the back of the fridge just for that reason, but that’s the only time I ever drink it.  It’s not really that good for you, but every once in a while won’t hurt.

I do. My sinuses are screwed up, an old rugby injury that shattered my nose is the reason. Sudafed usually fixes it, but due to it being an ingredient in meth, you can only get it on prescription now.
