Thinking only of a politician you admire and respect, what is your opinion of him/her admitting errors or mistakes?
Is it a sign of weakness, or a sign of humility, or a sign of something else entirely?
It’s extremely easy to badmouth a politician you dislike or despise or outright hate, but if there one (or more) of them who has your admiration and respect, this post focuses more on that aspect rather than spewing venom at an easy target. I purposefully aim the discussion toward your positive outlooks on people who have then committed a misfortune or wrongful action so that it’s not a smear of your opponents nor a kiss-up session of your proponents. No human is infallible. The way he or she handles missteps is a telling view of character and aplomb.
