I’m disqualified from being able to answer this as I am a lifelong abhorrer of coffee. I never drink it.

Don't even talk to me before I finish my second cup. After that, I don't need more until the next morning. I am NOT a morning person.

I drink cherry decaf with stevia and coffee mate, all day long.

hahaha, I don't consume caffeine or sugar any longer.  Cherry coffee is yummy.  I put in a leaf or 4 of fresh mint yesterday, that was also refreshing.

So, basically, you're covering up the coffee taste.

LOL ... I only drink tea when I'm sick or if it's cold in the house and it's too late for caffeine.

Wise idea.  Echinacea tea is a good choice when you are sick.

I've had good results with Organic Echinacea Plus by Traditional Medicinals.
I drank a cup last night it seemed to help a lot.

I'm not much of an herbal supplement user.  I take a multi-vitamin daily and that's it.  I try to eat right and I can't recall the last time I had even a little cold.

I can't either, until yesterday.  I guess this is the every 40 or more year cold that came around.

My usual morning routine is a cup of coffee, a bowl of cold cereal with fruit and then my second cup of coffee and I'm good for the rest of the day.  I rarely drink more than two cups a day.
