      I believe the correct term is a “fullnar”. (Great play on words, though.)

    It could be like semimonthly = twice in a month ... or semiannual = twice a year.
    Thus, "nar" is a measure of time and/or space.

    Or semicivil ... where "semi" means "partially".
    Thus, even 2 "nars" may not be a complete whole.
