Is the following song a little-known number, or are you familiar with it? (“Pilot of the Airwaves”.)

 

  Released in 1980 in the United States, it’s sung by British performer Charlie Dore. I have liked this song since I first heard it all those years ago.

    I have heard it, yes!

    Didn't recognize it by tile, only when I heard it. That chorus is what I most recognize.

    I forgot to add: Though I like the whole song, just the chorus is incredibly better to me than a lot of what I hear in other hits.
