The squiggly red lines are only upward rising and not wind. Also, the condensation of the vapors to liquid water is silent. An example of that is the fogging of your bathroom mirror when taking a shower.

Depends on how you define aspects of weather. Technically...
Falling rain only makes sound when it hits something. (all water is silent) Falling snow doesn't make noise, although it can amplify other sounds. Clouds don't make sound (nope, thunder isn't clouds bumping into each other, or mommy and daddy clouds making baby clouds). Wind too is silent. What you hear is it interacting with other objects (trees, yourself, buildings, etc.).
