I don't regularly use hot sauce ... but if someone serves me turkey sausage, they better have some hot sauce handy.
I used to "need" a particular brand of steak sauce for any meat ... but then I saw a "making of" show on it, and can't bring myself to use that brand anymore. (I pretend the other brands don't use the same ingredients. lol)
I used to use a lot of hot sauce, tobasco and chili sauces and black pepper was my favorite flavor. I can't tolerate the hot stuff so well anymore so I just use mostly black pepper now.
