Senior Chief Petty Officer. We have different ranking systems; I believe yours follows the British system.

Canadian Navy made up the new rank of Master Seaman in 1972. I dunno if the Brits did ever establish that rank.

RN and RAN use the same ranking system, the RCN has a couple of different ones.
    Ordinary Seaman
    Able Seaman
    Leading Seaman
    Petty Officer
    Chief Petty Officer
    Warrant Officer.
That's all the non-commissioned ranks. Corresponding with Private/Gunner, Lance Corporal/Lance Bombardier, Corporal/Bombardier, Sergeant, Staff Sergeant and Warrant Officer - although the Army wedges in W/O2 between Staff and W/O. The Air Force displays its mixed roots with Aircraftman, Leading Aircraftman, Corporal, Sergeant, Flight Sergeant and W/O.

    Officers
    Army/Air Force/Navy
    Second Lieutenant/Pilot Officer/ ...
Nobody salutes a second left or a bograt unless the light is really bad, the Navy doesn't have an officer commission that low.
    First Lieutenant/Flying Officer/Sublieutenant
    Captain/Flight Lieutenant/Lieutenant
    Major/Squadron Leader/Lieutenant Commander
    Lieutenant Colonel/Wing Commander/Commander
    Colonel/Group Captain/Captain
    Brigadier/Air Commodore/Commodore
    Major General/Air Vice Marshal/Rear Admiral
    Lieutenant General/Air Marshal/Vice Admiral

General OR Air Chief Marshal OR Admiral, there is only ever one of these at a time as Chief of the Defence Force, he/she is in charge of the entire military and only answerable to Parliament. The current CDF is General Angus Campbell.
