    Well I just had my first homemade Christmas sausage roll of the season and it was delicious so I am going to enjoy  the holidays no matter what happens.     I will try.  Within the last 30 days I've lost all the food in my refrigerator and freezer due to power outages - twice .  I'm "scheduled" to bake for christmas this year, but more heavy snow is expected this week which could take out the power once again.
