Do you regularly use lotions?

    I use Neutrogena facial moisturizer and I use Lubriderm body lotion to which I add a few drops of rice flower and shea essential oil.

    I had to for a while after I blew my hand up. Part of regaining the range of motion in my thumb after the top joint was partially severed, I had to massage moisturiser into it daily. I never got it back completely and I'm told the arthritis is permanent.
    I don't any longer, it's as good as it's ever going to be.
