    OMG -- this came to my mind first, hands down -- this musical moment in the movie "Road to Perdition"  --

    'The Farm'

     - original score composed by Thomas Newman



    The only reason I went to see the movie was because composer Thomas Newman composed the score and I immensely respect his work in every movie he's done that I've seen/ heard  - -

    This scene does involve a farm but the music came on and I was in heaven -- I sort of remember the scene in the movie, ha - - saw the movie once in the theater but I've listened countless times to Newmnan's score







    EDIT: For me, music counts as sound

      Moot point in my case; since retiring in 2020, I’ve never used an alarm clock, I don’t see myself using nor even needing one any time in the foreseeable future.
