What is something you would go ahead and do without considering any need to practice first?

A lot of things you can only learn as you go.

My stepfather took me for a driving lesson. I got in the seat and he just said "drive".
Also, many of the electronic instruments I worked on had specific procedures and didn't need to be practiced.

"Just drive!"  Well I think that is ignorant but I guess it is one way to learn.

I did so, but who knows, it may have made me a more careful driver...which I still am. Oh, he was an a**hole.

An Epidural!  :  )     Not really, My "Doctor" gave me one and I could tell he had at least read the instructions on the back of the box.  I had excellent results, he is someone I would trust to do it again and again and again.  This post was edited by Honey Dew at January 31, 2022 7:20 AM MST

Wait a second; “again and again and again”? Exactly how many times do you need an epidural?

I need one right now. The last one wore off, it's for back pain and it works, but it is a journey after you have it.   This post was edited by Honey Dew at January 31, 2022 7:21 AM MST

I guess that shows I don’t know the definition of the word. I thought it only had something to do with pregnant women during labor.

Same thing numbs the nerves in the spine, works for pain in general.

Oh, wait. You said something in which I don’t have any practice.

Never mind; I’ll have to think about it and come back a little bit later with a better answer.
